As of immediately we are looking for a Sales Key Accounts Manager (m/w) at camLine in Dresden (alternatively in Munich).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Main customer contact & interface coordinating all camLine activities in front of the customer: Identify opportunities, define customer pricing strategy in agreement with camLine pricing strategy, demonstrations, seminars, sales calls, coordinating project status, quality issues and technical information. Serve in this role on global basis, if required by needs of specific account and in coordination with local camLine office.
  • Define the right camLine resources required to win new deals, and orchestrate the pre sales team
  • Main face to consumer and with the help of project manager communicate results, progress of project delivery
  • Farming existing account by developing camLine market share at customer and hunting new accounts by evangelizing camLine products suite
  • Responsible for achieving identified revenue targets for company products and services.
  • Responsible for developing a complete account/territory strategy, creating an account/territory plan, and executing account/territory plan.
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining strong business relationships with key and influential customer contacts at executive and CxO level. Maintain frequent contact with all key functional organizations at each customer site that influence the use, application, or commitment to company’s products and services.
  • Ensure company is properly positioned to maintain existing business, to gain competitive business and to secure next generation (expansion) opportunities.
  • Keep customers informed regarding company’s products, services and relevant activities.
  • In the event of quality and delivery issues work directly with the key personnel in the headquarter to develop quick response to issues and coordinate feedback and corrective actions to the customer. Serve as the business owner for resolution of customer issues.
  • Appropriately and effectively utilize company resources to capture business opportunities and to solve customer problems. Operate within a specified expense budget.
  • Provide sales forecasts and business information to company for each customer on an ongoing basis.
  • Identify, evaluate and secure sales opportunities at assigned account, which are consistent with company product line objectives, provide pre- and post-sale technical/commercial support.
  • Gather and report information to appropriate Product and Sales Director on competitor’s products, process results, and progress through established relationships at the customers. Assess competitive risks both from a technical and business perspective, and take necessary action to address.
  • Act as the primary advocate for the customer.
  • Strive for and drive to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction ratings. .

Required Qualifications:

  • Business – Demonstrated experience in selling to complex, technical customers by supporting and dealing with multiple customers at all technical and business levels. Experience in long sales cycle. Ability to work in a team environment or independently, effective communication skills, attentive to customers needs while considering business needs, proactive, organized, flexible, self starter, and attention to detail.
  • Computer – Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Able to generate detailed technical sales, marketing reports, and spreadsheets.
  • Education – BS or Engineering degree required, MBA preferred.
  • Experience – At least five years of manufacturing IT (Industry 4.0) experience with emphasis in product introduction, sales, marketing, and customer interface. Demonstrated technical knowledge regarding manufacturing IT. Knowledge regarding front end process is preferred. At least ten years managing account sales to complex, technical customers. Experience in Solution selling method will be a plus.
  • Languages – Full Professional Proficiency for German and English language.
