Do you love challenges?

You will be a part of the Global Field Consulting (GFC) that drives projects and initiatives to improve our consulting business aiming at increasing consulting quality, streamlining approaches across countries and developing consultants in their respective fields.

Utilizing your broad understanding of SAP technology and cross-functional integration aspects, you as a Technical Lead will become a trusted advisor and responsible technical architect to the project team and customer. You will lead a team of developers near-shore and offshore (ABAP, Integrations, WRICEF, etc.) to deliver technical solutions for the business value streams. Your main tasks will include:

■ Design solutions and specifications (WRICEF) to close business requirements gaps

■ Lead solution implementation, testing and training of development objects

■ Provide ongoing visibility to the direction of SAP product within specific discipline including new functionality or typical third-party application

■ Analyze Client requirements and provide detailed technical solutions

■ Quality control for all aspects of development

■ Extensive SAP technical expertise (broad knowledge of development and integration aspects)

■ Multiple years of hands on experience in software development across multiple modules and in near and offshore environments

■ Profound experience as a Technical Lead in full lifecycle SAP implementations

■ Ability to work independently with no supervision and guidance plus highly developed communication skills

■ Business strategy & issue awareness from executive perspective

■ Ability to influence internal and external key stakeholders, to motivate people and to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure

■ Willingness to travel for 80%+

■ Fluent in English orally and in writing; and preferably other languages
