Job description

We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager / Lead (f/m/d) to join Elisa IndustrIQ ! This is a brand new position which means that you will be able to impact your role and the exact contents depending on your own interests and strengths. Your role is to lead international recruitment activities within Elisa IndustrIQ sales, software development and engineering.

Elisa IndustrIQ's future success relies on finding and recruiting the best talents and in the beginning we need your focus in building, developing and carrying through the recruitment processes across the companies that together form Elisa IndustrIQ. Currently all companies have their own recruitment processes & tools as well as employer branding. We are targeting towards stronger Elisa IndustrIQ employer brand and effective TA processes cross all companies.

This new and interesting key role will report directly to the business management and in a matrix to the Elisa Group recruitment team. Moreover, you will work closely with Elisa’s well established Talent Acquisition team and take part in developing Elisa’s global employer brand in the digital software business talent market.

To succeed in the role, we hope you:

  • Have a sufficient amount of experience in working as a professional recruiter (either inhouse or as an external consultant) to be able to lead and develop Talent Acquisition operations across borders and companies
  • Have vast experience in using modern recruitment methods with proven success
  • have an understanding of international talent markets, especially from recruiting in the software business
  • Take ownership over your work, work smartly and are not afraid of taking an independent and consultative role or being the voice of reason when needed 
  • Are interested in learning more about and grow within the international software business and don’t shy away from new technology and a fast changing environment
  • You have demonstrated knowledge of both tactical recruitment marketing and employer branding in a broader perspective
  • Communicate fluently in English and are happy to work in a highly international and diverse environment
  • Want to develop and challenge yourself and are always eager to learn more
  • Like to carry out your tasks thoroughly and thoughtfully, and have an analytical mindset 
  • Hold a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

Your location is flexible within Europe yet we prefer Germany, Finland or Belgium as location. Since we want to hire the best talent, we can consider other countries in Europe too.

No matter where you work from, you won’t be alone: you will have the support of IndustrIQ companies’ managers, HR, as well as the talent acquisition specialists in other Elisa Group subsidiaries and the TA team in Finland. Recruitment and employer branding strategies and process structures have already been strongly been established in Elisa’s Finnish talent market – together with the Finnish team you can utilize these and implement them in Elisa IndustrIQ’s international markets.
