Your tasks

  • Provide technical support to customers and partners for the installation, configuration and use of Kiwigrid's products.
  • Troubleshooting technical problems together with the 1st level support of our partners.
  • Contribute to and manage parts of the internal bug tracking systems.
  • Collaborate closely with the development department during bug fixing.
  • Contribute to technical documentation.
  • Provide feedback to Product Management.
  • Internal test support

Your Profile

  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Customer oriented.
  • Have good sense of responsibility, acting proactively and versatile.
  • Must be self-motivated and organized with a positive attitude with willingness to learn new technologies.
  • College degree in IT or similar in-depth knowledge.
  • Must have extensive experience with computer hardware, networking and different OS (Windows client, Windows Server, Linux).
Nice to have:

  • German language skills.
  • Experience in scripting (e.g. python, shell).
  • Knowledge of database management systems with working knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience in the field of energy supply, photovoltaics, and smart grid.
