Tasks

  • Conception of a cloud based service-orientated platform architecture
  • Design of infrastructure plans for running applications within AWS cloud
  • Integration and usage of existing AWS services and functions
  • Supporting DevOps at releases, deployments
  • Considering cost plans
  • Considering performance and security levels
  • Close collaboration with product owner(s)
  • Internal technical expert and consultant for the scrum team

Requirements

  • Technical knowledge about cloud infrastructures (especially AWS Services, Google App Engine), Microservice architectures
  • Good AWS expertise: construction of scalable platform & environments based on existing AWS services (e.g. Container solutions, Cluster, Security & Performance Management)
  • Technical Service Design (UML, ERD, infrastructure maps, BPMN)
  • Distributed Systems & Services
  • Decision making / Design about interdependencies of microservices and related data/databases
  • REST/Web API / endpoint design and documentation (e.g. Swagger)
  • Good documentation skills and experience with tools like Confluence, Trello, Jira, Google Workspace
  • Experiences with continuous deployment, automation and integration tools (Jenkins)
  • Self reliant learning and skill development
  • Good English communication skills
  • Agile mindset and scrum workflow experiences
