Your Tasks

Your goal is the further development and growth of our partner network in the DACH region. You will accompany our potential and existing sales, technology and integration partners throughout the entire contract cycle. You ensure a deep understanding of our products and further develop joint marketing activities. You coordinate all partner activities with our internal teams.

  • You acquire new partners and take care of the conclusion and implementation of partner contracts and the associated sales targets.
  • You independently structure partner sales and regularly sound out new potential.
  • You train our partners through product presentations and, in coordination with our technical support, ensure the development or deeper understanding of our monitoring solution.
  • You further expand joint marketing activities (webinars, articles, etc.) and provide marketing material (presentations, info sheets, etc.).
  • You coordinate all partner activities with our teams from Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Development.
  • You document joint successes and plan all partner activities within the framework of an annual plan.

What you bring to the job

  • You have a successfully completed degree in the field of business administration, marketing, sales or a comparable qualification.
  • You bring several years of professional experience in partner management or B2B sales, preferably in the software environment, to us.
  • You are a strong communicator who accompanies our partners as a service provider with persuasive power. You also analyse complex problems quickly and keep a clear head.
  • You are proficient in using marketing and sales tools.
  • You independently inform yourself about the latest trends and conditions on the market.
