Dein Aufgabenbereich

Software-Support per Telefon, E-Mail und Fernwartung
technische Kundenbetreuung sowie Umsetzung von Software Customizings
Remote Unterstützung bei Kundenprojekten (Produktinstallation oder Konfiguration)
Bearbeitung von vorhandenen Anfragen im Ticketsystem
Schulung und Einweisung der Anwender
Installation und Inbetriebnahme der CRM-Software beim Kunden

Was Du mitbringst

ein abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
breite Erfahrung mit Hard- und Software
Kenntnisse in Datenbank-Technologie, Application- und Webserver
Spaß an der Kommunikation mit Kunden
Teamfähigkeit und Organisationstalent
Geduld an komplexen Fragestellungen
sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
gerne auch Berufsanfänger/Quereinsteiger

Short profile of Sellmore GmbH
