pludoni GmbH Personalservice is the recruiting service unit of the Empfehlungsbund network. We do not operate as a traditional temporary staffing agency and we are not a commission-based headhunter. Our mission is to enable confidential hiring processes through the Empfehlungsbund community network. This means that we publish job searches anonymously on behalf of our clients and member companies and activate the community to identify suitable candidates through recommendations. Our focus is on situations in which organizations cannot recruit publicly, but still need to fill positions quickly and discreetly.

We publish job postings anonymously on behalf of our clients through the Empfehlungsbund network. In this process, we do not act as the employer, but as an intermediary platform enabling confidential recruitment requests. This allows companies to fill open positions without publicly disclosing their identity.

When you apply for one of these positions, your application is forwarded directly to the hiring company. The client receives your documents immediately and processes them within their own applicant tracking system.

All further communication takes place directly between you and the hiring organization. Application confirmations, feedback, and the entire selection process are managed by the client. pludoni provides only the technical and organizational infrastructure required to enable confidential job postings and network-based talent activation.
